Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

How to Return

Step 1: Send us an email at info@barau.bio with your order number and the reason for the return.

Step 2: We will send you the instructions for the return.

Step 3: Pack the product in its original packaging (unopened) and send it to:

Return Conditions

• Products must be unopened and in their original packaging
• Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• The customer bears the cost of return shipping
• The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the product

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately at info@barau.bio.

In this case, we will cover the shipping costs and send you a replacement product or give you a full refund.
