1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries of products from the Barau by Bibi GmbH online shop. The version valid at the time of the order applies.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer. By clicking on the "Buy" or "Place Order" button, the customer makes a binding purchase offer. Confirmation of receipt of the order does not constitute acceptance of the offer. The contract is concluded when we ship the goods or expressly confirm acceptance.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices shown are final prices and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately and added to the product price.

  • Shipping within Germany: €6.99 (free from €100)
  • Shipping within the EU: €12.99 (free from €100)
  • Shipping outside the EU: €15.99 (free from €100)

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

6. Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer. The delivery times indicated begin after receipt of payment. For deliveries within Germany, the delivery time is 2-4 working days.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions apply. Cosmetic products must be stored properly and used before the expiry date.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In the case of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations.

10. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

11. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. For consumers, this choice of law does not restrict the mandatory protective provisions of the consumer's country of residence.
